1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on the dhk71 platform. Opening duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. dhk71 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 dhk71 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed on the platform's deposit page.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account status. Details are available on the deposit page within your account.

5.3 All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. dhk71 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a third-party account, it will be refunded and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 dhk71 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such charges.

5.5 All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accounts are denominated in BDT and all balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are displayed in BDT.

5.1 Payment Security

All payment transactions on dhk71 are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. dhk71 does not store full card numbers or mobile banking PINs. Payment data is processed in accordance with the standards described in the dhk71 Privacy Policy.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used to fund the account, unless dhk71 expressly permits an alternative method in writing.

6.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete the dhk71 KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership.

6.6 Only Real Money Funds that meet all applicable wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 dhk71 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on the first qualifying deposit. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion on the platform.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all dhk71 bonuses:

• A standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount must be completed before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet bonus funds will expire after this period.

7.4 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using third-party software to exploit bonus mechanics — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on dhk71 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed.

8.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the dhk71 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where specific in-play cash-out functionality is available for that market.

8.3 In the event of a palpable error in pricing, dhk71 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the User's account. A palpable error is defined as an obvious mistake in the published odds that a reasonable User would have recognised as an error at the time of placing the bet.

8.4 Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are published in the relevant market rules and may vary by sport, league, and bet type.

8.5 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dhk71 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Opening more than one account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.

10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 14. Termination

14.2 dhk71 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms & Conditions, if required to do so by law, or at dhk71's sole discretion. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, dhk71 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

14.3 Upon account closure, whether initiated by you or by dhk71, all Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited immediately.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which dhk71 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
